Lost your mojo to pole?

Let’s face it.

We know being consistent with our training is the secret to pole progress, but what happens when you simply are not feeling it?

You stuck in a pole rut, where your energy to pole feels like your dragging a boulder up a steep hill.

However, you have pole goals and dreams to achieve.

So.. try this easy trick to get your pole-mojo back! In fact, this is my “go to” for re-igniting my desire to practice and it has never failed me.

All you need is your phone and…

Tell yourself “for the next 10 mins (or three songs), I’m going to dance.”

Keep it easy, no hard or nemesis moves to practice. Play with simple and fun movement, without judgement or expectation.

Then after 10 mins (or three songs), give yourself permission to stop. You did it! You practiced!

Now here’s the beauty of this ninja mind trick.

Chances are, you’ll continue training. You’ve already overcome the hardest part of training - getting started.

Hope this helps! If you used this training trick, feel free to shoot me a message on IG or email.

I’d love to hear about your process!
